Judges:
Alec Patrik   Alec Patric

Alec Patric is bookseller at St Kilda Readings and is a long time resident of the neighbourhood. He is the author of two novels, a collection of stories and a collection of poetry. He was recently shortlisted in the Lord Mayor’s writing awards and has published widely in the best literary journals in the country. When he has had occasion to travel, the only place he’s ever been homesick for, is this particular bend in Port Phillip Bay.

Kate Holden   Kate Holden

Kate Holden has lived in St Kilda and environs for a cumulative ten years, and is perhaps one of the area's best known former heroin addict and sex worker arts graduates. She is the author of In My Skin and the upcoming The Romantic, and writes a regular column for The Age.

Ian Bland   Ian Bland

Since 2007 Ian Bland  has penned and presented a poem each Sunday on 3RRR’s ‘The JVG Radio Method.’

Prior to that he worked as a copywriter and audio visual producer for twenty five years, based for much of that time in St Kilda, before abandoning the corporate world for the relative poverty of music, releasing his debut solo album “Drifter” in 2008
